I AM PRETTY SURE THEY WILL BE CAUGHT AND MAY HAVE TO TEAR DOWN THEIR BUILDING.

  I HEARD A TALE OF A LOCAL BUSINESS PARK WHERE A 1200 SQUARE FOOT SHOP WITH A 1200 SUITE ON THE SECOND FLOOR WAS BUILT WITHOUT A BUILDING PERMIT. I WOULD BE WORRIED EVERY MINUTE IF  I HAD A SITUATION LIKE THAT ON MY LAND.

SOME PEOPLE WILL DODGE THE LAW WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT IT. I HAVE NO SUCH CONFIDENCE IN EVADING LAW AND REGULATION.

WHEN MY MOTHER SAID SHE WANTED THE $47,500. OF MY MONEY SHE LENT TO MY WIFE PAID BACK IN CASH,"UNDER THE TABLE"  I AGREED TO DO THAT, PAYING 1% OF IT EACH MONTH. THEN MY BROTHER ANDREW CAME TO MY WIFE'S BUSINESS, WHERE I WAS AN UNPAID SLAVE, AND ANNOUNCED THAT MY MOTHER WANTED THE PAYMENTS TO BE INTEREST INSTEAD OF PRINCIPAL REPAYMENT.  I TOLD HIM I WOULD NOT DO THAT, I HAD NOT AGREED TO PAY INTEREST. DESPITE MY PAYING MY OWN MONEY BACK TO MOTHER ANDREW TOOK MORE OF WHAT HE CALLED PRINCIPAL AND MORE INTEREST FROM MY INHERITED MONEY FROM MY FATHER.  THAT IS A DODGING OF THE LAW. THE  INTEREST WOULD HAVE TO BE DECLARED AS INCOME AND IT WAS NOT. WHEN MY EX-WIFE WHINED THAT SHE WANTED HER OWN HOUSE AND WAS GOING TO DIVORCE ME TO GET THAT I OFFERED TO BUILD HER A FREE OF COST HOUSE FROM A BOOK OF 70 HOUSE PLANS WHICH WOULD COST $70,000 FOR EACH OF THEM TO BE BUILT. I SAID I HAD COME UP WITH $30,000 I COULD PUT IN AND MY BROTHER WOULD BUILD IT AND ALSO ALLOW THE USE O...
